Just a rough season for Bengals fans with quarterback Joe Burrow hurt and having worst defense in football. Maybe a blessing or a curse, the team is on a bye this week and cannot harm their fans.
In Week 10, the games covered include a superstar corner making his debut for his new team in Berlin, Germany and the two teams former NFL quarterback Tom Brady played for face off. The uniform matchup this week features two timeless uniforms.
I just want a take a quick moment to highlight a tragic moment that happened in the NFL this week. Dallas Cowboys defensive end, Marshawn Kneeland passed away at the young age of 24 on Nov. 6, 2025. Condolences go out to the Cowboys organization and Kneeland’s family and loved ones. Suicide is never the answer and if you or someone you know is battling suicide thoughts or a mental crisis please contact the number and website attached: 988 Lifeline and Suicide Hotline.
Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts face off overseas in Germany
This game marks the sixth and second-to-last international game of the 2025-26 NFL season. This game also marks the first time a regular season game has been in Berlin.
Even though they lost, there was one massive positive for this Atlanta Falcons team. Wide receiver Drake London has cemented himself as a top 10 wide receiver in football–or at least in my opinion. London hauled in an impressive nine catches, 118 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns. This marked London’s third 100-yard receiving game of the season and fourth game with eight or more catches. It was not just London’s statline that was impressive but the difficulty of the catches.
London’s first touchdown came on an insane contested catch where his quarterback Michael Penix Jr. threw up a fade and London bullied the corner for the catch. London proceeded to pull off an even harder touchdown catch to end the second quarter. London then decided to make things even crazier by snagging not only a one-handed catch but also his third touchdown of the game late in the fourth quarter. The Penix to London connection was nothing but elite. Unfortunately, London’s performance mattered little in the end as kicker, John Parker Romo missed the final extra point which resulted in a Falcons’ loss.

The Indianapolis Colts lost in ugly fashion as quarterback Daniel Jones threw three interceptions and lost two fumbles–in a sense he reverted back to his old New York Giants form. Just when you think things could not have been any worse, wide receiver Josh Downs also lost a fumble and superstar running back Jonathan Taylor was held to just 45 rushing yards on 15 carries.
The defense also had their fair share of struggles allowing 27 points from a bad Pittsburgh Steelers offense–though the offensive turnovers did hurt them there.
While the loss stings, that is not the main focus for this team breakdown; the blockbuster trade they made at the trade deadline on Nov. 4, 2025 is. In the famous words of Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead, “F—k them picks.” That is pretty much what Colts general manager Chris Ballard and Colts owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon both said when they called the New York Jets for a certain player. In a shocking move, the Jets agreed to trade superstar cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner in exchange for the Colts 2026 and 2027 first round picks.
This Colts secondary has already had an impressive turnaround, thanks to the offseason additions of former Minnesota Vikings safety Cam Bynum and former San Francisco 49ers cornerback Charvarius Ward–who is on injured reserve. Now add an elite cornerback in Gardner and you might have the best secondary in football. For a deeper insight of the move check out trade deadline recap.
In what should be an exciting game for NFL Germany fans and NFL fans in general, London and Gardner go back and forth all game with results of a Falcons upset win.
Final Score: Falcons 24, Colts 20
The battle of the Brady teams face off in New England Patriots at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
On March 17, 2020, former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady shocked the world and left the team in free agency. He quickly signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He proceeded to prove to everyone that he still had something left in the tank putting together two Most Valuable Player level seasons along with a dominant 2020-2021 Super Bowl win of 31-9 over the Kansas City Chiefs. Now for the first time since the 2021-22 season, the Patriots and Buccaneers will play each other.
As mentioned above, the Patriots squeezed out a close win over the Falcons 24-23. It was an interesting game for the Patriots to say the least. The team maintained the lead for all of the game but after scoring 21 points in the first half, the team proceeded to score just three in the second.

Quarterback Drake Maye has been a large part of that offense’s success. Maye looked like the MVP candidate we have seen all season in the first quarter and most of the second quarter but struggled mightily in the rest of game after he lost a costly fumble and threw an interception–both of which resulted in Falcons scores–while the team also punted twice.
The impressive part of this game came from the Patriots defense stepping up when needed most. The team allowed just one third down conversion on ten attempts. The team came in clutch late in the fourth quarter forcing a punt on the Falcons last offensive possession.
The Buccaneers’ bye week could not have come at a better time. In Week 8, the team struggled offensively against a bad New Orleans Saints defense as quarterback Baker Mayfield failed to throw a touchdown, the run game averaged just 3.03 yards per carry on 29 carries and the team only converted three out of 13 attempts on third down. Just a rough day all around for what has been a great Buccaneers offense this season. The bye week served as a time for the offense to figure out their problems and get back on track.
On the flip side of things, the defense was every bit of elite as they should have been. It starts with the big fellas up front on the defensive line as they sacked the Saints quarterbacks five times–yes, multiple quarterbacks as Spencer Rattler was benched for rookie Tyler Shough in the third quarter. Credit to defensive end Anthony Nelson who had a career day at two sacks and took an interception back for a touchdown. Speaking of turnovers, veteran safety Antoine Winfield Jr. also snagged an interception and recovered a fumble. In totality, the Buccaneers forced four turnovers. The bye week served as a moment for the defense to sit on their great performance.
In a game that could tell us whether the Patriots are Super Bowl contenders or not, they flop and suffer their third loss of the season.
Final Score: Patriots 17, Buccaneers 34
UMOTW: New York Giants at Chicago Bears
Two of the oldest teams in the NFL continue to feature some of the best uniforms in football. The New York Giants are set to wear their Vintage White color rush uniforms while the Chicago Bears will wear their base home uniforms–which are some of the best home uniforms in football in my opinion.
This will be the first time this season the Giants will wear their Vintage White uniforms this season. The base color is white with accents of red, navy blue and blue.
The Bears have only worn their base away and home uniforms this season in honor of late-owner Virginia Halas McCaskey. The uniforms feature an orange VMH patch on the left shoulder to honor her. The base color is navy blue with accents of white and orange.

In a navy blue uniform showdown, the Bears rushing offense comes out on top.
Final Score: Giants 14, Bears 30
