NFL 2025-26 Week Four Preview: Two new NFL Rivalry Uniforms and a superstar makes his return to Dallas
As we enter week four of the NFL season, six teams remain undefeated and six teams remain winless, eventually one will remain.
Week four features some crazy stories before the week. The Giants have decided to bench veteran quarterback Russell Wilson in favor of rookie first round pick quarterback Jaxon Dart. For the first time in NFL history, a regular season game is being hosted in Ireland. Either Ravens or Chiefs will be entering week five with a record of 1-3 just less than two years removed from an AFC Championship game matchup.
In week four, the games covered this week include a team debuting a new “sandy” uniform in Arizona and a superstar making his return to Dallas after an ugly contract and trade situation.

The Cardinals “Built to Last” NFL Rivalry uniforms make their debut on TNF against a fellow NFC West team
Following a disappointing loss for the Cardinals of 16-15 against the NFC West leading 49ers, the team returns to Arizona to show off some style. The Cardinals will be wearing their new NFL rivalry uniform. Some fans say the uniforms give off that Arizona Desert vibe while others say it looks like a tortilla. The biggest feature of the uniforms is the community inspired design featuring the Arizona State outline on the side of the shoulder in the form of a patch.

The Cardinals loss was due to a number of reasons but those reasons did not include quarterback Kyler Murray. Murray was hitting his weapons in the hands all game but the drops piled up. The two key drops came from second-year wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. and running back Emari Demercado. The first came from Harrison Jr. when he dropped a pass in the endzone where instead of a touchdown, the team had a settle for a field goal. The second came from Demercado on a screen pass that once again caused the Cardinals to settle for a field instead of a touchdown. A big part of Demercado’s increase in snaps came from an ACL tear suffered by veteran running back James Conner–the injury has sidelined him for the remainder of the season.
The Seahawks on the other hand are coming off a blowout win at home. In the game, the Seahawks special teams really showed up with wide receiver Dareke Young finishing with 92 kick return yards off two touches; rookie wide receiver Tory Horton finishing with 114 punt return yards off three touches including a 95-yard touchdown and kicker Jason Myers came in clutch going three for three on field goals and five for five on extra point kicks.
Seattle’s defense also came in clutch allowing just 13 points off of 13 Saints possessions. In those drives the team allowed 33% of third downs, zero fourth down conversions, forced six punts, sacked Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler twice and intercepted him once.
Speaking of quarterbacks, Seahawk Sam Darnold is quietly making the Vikings regret their decision in letting him walk. Against the Saints, Darnold had 14 completions on 18 attempts with 218 yards and two touchdowns.
In what could be a close game, the Seahawks defense will once again step up and make it clear the Cardinals are not “Built to Last.”
Final Score: Seahawks 24 – Cardinals 13
Micah Parsons makes his return to Dallas against the Cowboys under the Sunday Night Lights
After back and forth contract talks–and failure–the Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told teams around the league that superstar pass rusher Micah Parsons was available for trade. In a crazy turn of events, Parsons was traded to the Packers on August 28, 2025. The Cowboys received first round picks in 2026 and 2027 and veteran defensive tackle Kenny Clark in exchange. Afterwards, The Packers locked up Parsons in a record breaking contract of four years, $188 million–making him the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL history at $47 million per season.

Now in week four, Parsons makes his return to Dallas on Sunday Night Primetime. Parsons has made it an objective for this win to be a tribute to his time in Dallas after learning Jerry Jones had no plans for a tribute for Parsons–who racked up 52.5 sacks in four seasons with the Cowboys.
“No, there’s a lot of things I can consider disrespectful throughout the process, but I wouldn’t say the tribute is one of them. I would say, I just think there’s hard feelings maybe there for them. But for me, I’m happy where I’m at and we got a really good football team, so I guess I can (receive) my tribute in a win, I hope,” said Parsons to ESPN.
The Packers are coming off a disappointing loss against the Browns of 13-10. The team’s defense has played at an elite level so far this season and looks to continue it heading into Dallas. Quarterback Jordan Love will need to clean up on the turnovers if he hopes to see playoff wins in this team’s future.
The Cowboys are coming off of a blowout loss to the NFC North opponent Bears. In that game, nothing went right. Quarterback Dak Prescott threw two interceptions to just one touchdown–backup Joe Milton also threw an interception. Running back Javonte Williams had the ball stripped from him by Bears cornerback Tyrique Stevenson on the first offensive drive. The team only scored one touchdown the entire game and did not score any points in the second half of the game.
The defense also allowed Bears quarterback Caleb Williams to have a career day with 298 passing yards, four passing touchdowns–all to different players–and a 142.6 passer rating. Bears rookie wide receiver Luther Burden went for his first 100-yard game with three catches on three targets and 101 yards–including a 65 bomb for a touchdown.
In Parsons’ return, the defense does what they need to do and the offense takes advantage of a horrible Cowboys defense.
Final Score: Packers 30 – Cowboys 10
Bonus Coverage: Winless AFC East teams face off under MNF with the “Dark Waters” NFL Rivalry uniforms making their debut

Another team makes their rivalry uniform debut. The Dolphins decided to go towards the deep seas and go with a “Dark Waters” look. For the most part the uniforms are the same as the Dolphins base uniforms but a very dark navy base with secondary colors of orange and aqua blue. The connections to the Miami community include a 305 front bumper on the helmet–the original area code of Miami–and a sunray on the back bumper on the helmet–showing off the Miami sunset. A bumper is a protective and decorative piece on the front and back of the helmet that sometimes shows off the team logo or secondary decal of the team. To avoid dark color conflicts, the Jets decided to wear green helmets with white jerseys, pants and socks/cleats.
The Dolphins “swag” lead them to a close divisional victory.
Final Score: Jets 22 – Dolphins 23
