International student details time at UTM

I am an international student who is almost ready to graduate with a major in Communications (Public Relations) and a minor in Management.

Before I leave the United States, I want to tell you the reasons for choosing UTM. It is a well-known research-intensive institute. It is an inexpensive institute so that a student can comfortably live in Martin and get admission to UTM.

The environment of UTM is perfect. The faculty members of UTM are cooperative and well-trained. The behavior of its students is excellent and helpful. It is located in a small city, Martin, Tennessee, with a small population. Its environment is free of noise and air pollution. It is a beautiful city to live and stay. It is free of traffic pollution as well.

UTM also is a graduate-focused university. The teachers of UTM are highly qualified and experts in their relevant fields. UTM is known for its excellence and outstanding results in undergraduate education. The university primarily focuses on keeping communication and technology. It provides an excellent service. It is a reliable, stable, and state-of-the-art technology organization.

UTM’s primary goal is proactivity and to positively respond to change. UTM is always available to serve its faculty, staff and students with technology-related queries or difficulties. It offers a wide range of courses and the class times are very suitable for me. I believe UTM has helped improve my analytical skills and my career growth and development.

I will not say that I have not faced challenges. I have had a difficult time speaking and learning English since day one here, and I have kept trying to learn it every day. Another challenge was to adapt to the traditions and cultures that Americans have because I came from a completely different place. The food was a bit of a problem at the beginning; however, I became used to it with time passing by.

I will go home soon to Saudi Arabia because I have not been home in two years, but I will remember UTM well.
